Easy Ease Graph

You are easing over five frames according to your screenshot. This is simply a drawing artifact in teh graph editor because there is not enough temporal resolution to draw it smoothly. If you zoom in, it will smooth out because the ease is actually there already. It just won't do much noticable in such a short span.
