Hi, i have a comp with about 150 layers, each layer has the same (saber) effect, i want to edit the effect in every layer, is there a way to do this all at once? Of course i mean them to be edited to the same setting

This is really underrated lack of control in AE! I don't understant why it's not getting enough attention from Adobe. On the other hand you've got C4D which is really great at controlling multiple parameters at once, no matter what type of attributes you are focusing on.

A Feature Request is a good start.

Meanwhile, I do have a third party tool that does this and also handles keyframing and animating - all done using numeric input to control values including colors, keyframe speed and influence and keyframe time options. And it does this without requiring expressions if you use the Keyframe Orchestrator script. If you want an Expression solution, the Expression Links script handles this. It's 20+ scripts priced passively.

You should use expressions to link all the effects to one layer

Unless you have already linked them with expressions, then not reaslly. You can try ansd save a few animation presets and apply them to multiple layers. that may at least safe some work.
