Edit in Original After Effects 2025 and Photoshop 2025 not working

Hi

is it just me or is the edit in original feature no longer working in the latest Ae 2025 update?

command E on a photoshop layer used to open the doc in photoshop but since the update it does nothing.

even if you dig down in the menu to find edit in original it does nothing - I have converted and saved both old files with the new apps but still no joy.

never mind I found out why the system needs to be told to open the new psds in photoshop 2025.

it was looking for 2024 which no longer there hense nothing happened.
