Editable Lumetri Color from AE to PR

Not sure if this is possible or not, but when sending a shot with GFX over to my colleague it would be good if they could have full access to the raw video file to colour grade without affecting any other layers such as text - is this possible in one export through dynamic link? (we work from seperate SSD's as oppossed to a server, if that changes anything)
