effect errors. plz help me

hi, i'm soda

as a matter of fact, i have many problems.

when i work, effects are messed up,

for example, i checked "Repeat edge pixels" then every effects are messed up

before i checked "Repeat Edge pixels" , effects are normally work

but

check "Repeat Edge Pixels", mess up....

Not only this, i have many problems like this....

plz help me...ㅠㅠ
