Effects Custom toolbar

Hello,

I write plug-in with custom toolbar. User can do somewhat in composition viewer window using my tools.

But when my tools enabled, its conflicted with standard After Effects tools. (standard tools are just not working).

Can i somehow turn off standard tool when user enable custom tool?

And reverse: can i turn off custom tool when user selects standard tool (is there such callback/command).

For example, look at this standard effects. This effect works correct with standard tools:

Distort->Liquify.
