I am looking for Wrap Stabilizer VFX missing in my file. It is there in the online tutorial. How to get it?

Have you tried searching for just "Warp Stabilizer VFX" in the search menu instead of "Distort"? The Turbulent Displace and Displacement Map are appearing because they have the "dis" letters in them. In AE CC 2022, the effect is just called "Warp Stabilizer" but it's the same thing.
