    Nobody can tell you anything without exact system info or other technical details like exact version of AE. Just saying that it doesn't work is not good enough.

    System : iMAC ( Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015 )

    OS X EI Capitan Version 10.11.6

    Processor 3.3 GHz Intel  Core i5

    Memory 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3

    Statrtup Disk Macintosh HD

    Garphics AMD Radeon R9 M395 2048 MB

    What do you mean when you say the font isn't working?

    Also, you are not running the latest version of AE. So you might consider updating. The latest version is 14.1.0.x
