Element 3D CRash and freeze preview

When I add element 3D to solid layer and when I start it in preview it freezes the after effect and if I want to save, it crashes. I dont know what to do.

When it looks like a third-party plug-in causing a crash, it's usually a result the plug-in version being out-of-date for the version of After Effects being used.

If you're running After Effects 22.x or. newer, you'll want Element 2.2. I'm running Element 2.2.2 with After Effects 23.x and 24.x under macOS Ventura 13.6.5.
