Element 3d rotation lights not working

Question

Hi, I'm a relative new beginner in After effects and been using it only for the past few months. I have recently bought Element 3D, and was amazed by the capabilities of the plug-in. However, my rotation lights NEVER work. Any help?

Impossible to know, since your screenshots are not very telling and you have cropped away the timeline and other relevant info, but I'd say you either do not understand how this is supposed to be set up (your lights aren't directional lights lik a spotlight) or your hardware is not sufficient and you simply can't use more lights. again, we can't know without system info and other detaisl.
