elements are not visible in After Effects

Hello, when I open the program and go into any file, the problem that you are seeing in the image occurs. It doesn't show me the elements of the composition and I don't have anything activated, not Shift or anything.
I have reinstalled the program and run it again and it is still the same, can someone give me a solution?
