Encoding in AEGP_EffectSuite -> AEGP_GetEffectName

With the introduction of AE2026, the encoding of the call AEGP_GetEffectName changed. I found it strange for an old function to simply start returning “different values”, but I updated my plugins accordingly. The strange thing is that now, at least in the latest update of AE 2026 (26.3), all this was rolled back, and the function now returns the same encoding it did in AE2025.

Is this going to stay like this from now on? What was the unintended change, 26.0 or 26.3?

I also would like to know the exact version when these changes occur so I can update my plugins accordingly.
