Encountered errors while opening a project.

1) After Effects error: bad tracked memory ID

2) After Effects error: this project contains a render queue item that refers to a non-existent composition. Please verify that your render queue items refer to the correct compositions.

We can't know. You have not provided any useful info like actual screenshots, system info, details about the project and its content, which version of AE is used and in which one the project was created and so on.
