Adobe After Effects 2023, Windows 10 Pro

 1)After Effects error: file is damaged.

 

the light went off and then I couldn't open the file

 

please help urgently

If your After Effects turns on the auto saving mode, you can find the backup project files. You try to open some of these. To find the default location, you go to

 

Edit menu > Preferences > Auto-save > You click Custom Location.
