Erreur avertissement : remplissage d'après contenu

Bonjour, je possède After Effects 24.5.0.

 

Lorsque je souhaite effacer un élément sur une vidéo (3 secondes) je reçois deux messages d'erreur :

- After Effects (avertissement) : Impossible de créer le fichier de remplissage

puis,

- After Effects (avertissement) : Erreur de remplissage basé sur le contenu : échec de l'initialisation.

 

J'ai bien masqué mon élément avec un masque en mode soustraction.

J'ai environ 200 Go de libre sur mon disque dur. La mémoire cache est vidée.

Thanks for writing in. Could you share your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? What are the details of the footage you're working with (frame rate, frame size, format/codec)? Do you get these errors with any other media?

J'ai le même pour problème pour différentes vidéos.

Thanks for sharing the details. Please ensure that no invalid character is used in the names of files and folders involved in the After Effects project. If that's not the case, try running After Effects in Safe Mode and see if that helps.
