Erro do after effects: não foi possível analisar a forma de máscara na área de transferência

Estou com problemas no after, não consigo resolver esse erro. Essa tela de pop-up aparece a cada poucos minutos na minha tela, não consigo utilizar o after desse jeito, alguém sabe como resolver esse problema?
