Erro exibição videos formato MOV no after effects

Question

boa tarde preciso de uma ajuda, sempre que adiciono um video no after effects em formato MOV ele trava assim tanto na pré visualização como no resultado final... como resolvo isso??

abaixo o mesmo video só que em formato MP4, nota-se que ele funciona normalmente sem travar...

Thanks for writing in. Could you share more details about the issue? In the video, I can see that the playback is stuttering in After Effects. Is that your issue or something else? For the playback stuttering issue, please let us know the following details so that we can diagnose it better:

What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?
Are you using a Nvidia GPU? If so, what's the version of its driver that's installed on your computer?
Which device was used to record this footage? Was it recorded on a phone? Can you test the preview with a media recorded on a camera? In some cases, media recorded on a phone can cause such issues due to variable frame rate.
