Error 126 en todos los programas/loadlibrary failed with error 126 in every program.

Tengo el paquete creative cloud, uso varios programas, de un dia para el otro cuando queria abrir los progrmas me empezo a saltar "error 126" y los programas no abren. Intente desinstalando todo y volviendolo a instalar y no funcionó.

Necesito ayuda lo mas rapido posible.

I have creative cloud, I use a lot of products. From one day to another, when I try to open the apps it apears "loadlibrary failed with error 126" and the programs don't open. 

I tried uninstalling everything and installing again, but it didn't worked.

I need help as quickly as possible.
