Error 16: Uninstall and Reinstall the product. What should I do??

Hello everyone.I really need some help with Error 16, while opening adobe after effects. A few days ago adobe after effects 2018 was working perfectly! And now, I open up my laptop and error 16 saying: Please uninstall and reinstall. I did that. My creative cloud application manager works perfectly! This doesn't only happen on After Effects it happens on all of the Adobe products that I use, Please help me. I really need all of my products to work! Can you tell me what to do?
