Error 205 on AE ver 22.6

Hi All,

I just upgraded to After Effects v22.6 on Windows 10 64 bit and every time I try to open I get this error "Sorry, After Effects has encountered an error and needs to close" (please see screenshot).

Any idea on how to troubleshoot this?

Start by reinstallingf AE with sufficient user privileges and make sure the network connection is actualyl working so the CC stuff can be activated.
