error 400 when signing into after effects

i have to post this on a different adobe ccount ecause signing into the one im having issues with throws error 403

so im using my schools enterprise license for all apps and ive been trying to sign into after effects but i keep getting error 400 and idk how to fix it it was working fine before

You can try using a different network. If you're connected to a VPN, try disabling that.

The issue seems related to the log-in certificate. Does your school use Google SSO? It would be better to talk to your network administrator.
