Error After effect 2025

Hi! I've had this problem for a long time, the screen freezes for 5-10 seconds, then turns on again and this inscription is written there (attached screenshot). I do not know what to do, I have an Nvidia GTX 1660 ti graphics card and 64 GB RAM. Please help me solve this problem!

Could you share more details about the issue? When exactly does it occur? Is there a specific action/command that triggers it? What version of After Effects are you using? What's the version of the GPU driver that is currently installed?
