Dynamic link doesnt import audio to After Effects after changes in Premiere pro procect. It works when i open and close AEffects - it doesnt when I choose "refresh" option.

Each update, new problems. 😕😕

Hi Piotr,

 

As suggested by John, please share the following details so we can try to recreate the issue.

  • What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?
  • What are the details of the footage you're working with (frame rate, frame size, format/codec)? Also, is the footage stored in a network location, external storage or internal storage?
  • Are you able to replicate the issue in a different project?

Oh wait.
No it doesnt work at all... 😞

I cant work. I cant do my project.

I spend 2,5k usd for new PC and its ..... again

Hi there,

I use the lastest version of both.

Everything works when I each time use "replace" option, 

"Refresh" works partly - imports video but not audio.

In order to investigate the problem, we'll need to reproduce it. What versions of After Effects and Premiere are you currently using? And could you provide detailed steps for how the project was set up?
