Solution says: 

Create the package again, and then reinstall the app. 

guys how to create the package again? Ive made a new shortcut or duplicate it, helpless.

Without any system information and other details nobody can tell you much. Unless you really created a custom install package, this likely is a download issue or a problem with your harddrive where the installer gets damaged. Again, impossible to say without any specific info at hand.
