Error "Could not find the entry point" at After Effects launch

Ao tentar executar o adobe after effects aparece o seguinte erro “Não foi possível localizar o ponto de entrada do procedimento SetThreadDescription na biblioteca de vínculo dinânmico..dvacore.dll e onnxruntime.dll". Em seguida, a mesma mensagem com outro procedimento “Não foi possível localizar o ponto de entrada do procedimento GetSystemDpiForProcess..DisplaySurface.dll. Como solucionar?
