Error GPU render failed for s_blurmocurves. Transform and blur. Falling back to CPU

I have had the same problem, to fix it I didn't have to change the CPU or GPU. I just had to move that effect from adjustment layer onto the composition layer. Hope this helped!

yeS! it worked! thank you so much!!! the only thing i had to do was literally move the s_shake to the composition instead of having it on the adjustment layer. when i tried to render with the s_shake on the adjustment layer my screen kept going black and i could'nt preview my video anymore and had to restart. but it was just to move the s_shake to the composition from the adjustment layer (:

Same problem here and its not the first time like i have this happen to me before but i was able to fix it (hardly) but now whatever i do just doens't work... Any ideas? plz? I really need some help

Same problem . GTX 1660 , I5 9400F , 16GB RAM . After Effects CC 2020 

Same plugins S_Shake i've tried to switch it to CPU and same thing

i opened nvidia geforce i've updated my OS and my graphics card they wasn't up to date
then it worked just for 1 time and now its not working 😞 

i've tried to remove the plugin and install another version of it but still not working 
hope you guys find the error important project ;c

I dont know i fixed mine, clear the cache, let AE use more Ram, the better
solution is to render with your CPU, if it didnt work then remove the
effect from the projecr

since this issue related to sapphire plugin so i think the best and fast way to fix this is to contact sapphire developer and ask for help

So what i can understand from your picture, did you try to run as cpu only and you still have the same issue?

Yes, I tried as with the included GPU, and with the same problem, and with the CPU. All the same.
