To enable render software only, go to file/project settings and follow the below picture than hit Ok

There are known issues with Open GL in After Effects, particularly in recent versions. You can check that you have the latest drivers for Nvidia and CUDA drivers but TBH it may not fix the issue.

If you can't get it working, try changing your project settings to "Render Software only". This removes the hardware acceleration temporarily while you file it as a bug and chat to Adobe to see if they have any fix on the cards.

All the latest drivers are installed, but as soon as the moment comes with the s_blurmocurves (Shift Y) effect, it is a black screen and an error. And how to enable Render Software only. "

A lot more information is needed. What version of AE? Sapphire? What's your gpu? Driver? Computer specs and OS?

Without that, I'd start with verifying your GPU drivers are up to date.
