Can you provide more info?  It appears to be happening when you adjust the fill colour of a Shape layer.  

 

Does the layer have any masks applied?  How complex is your mask/shape?  Does it happen with every mask/shape, or just one?  Does the error happen when you cut and paste a mask/path?

the error appear all the time both when woking with shapes and all the other times. Thsi happens to appear today after the update which I had done last week. I had work on AE few times after the update and now suddenly this message appear in all the actions. Lets say I place a PNG file from the document, even in that moment this error message appears.
