After Effects error: internal verification failure , sorry! {projH cannot be NULL in GetProjectPath} ( 5027 ::0 )

 

Was working in CC23 save project as a CC22. Then went to Open the CC22 to make sure it would work before I passed it along.

I just upgraded to the latest update (AE 23.4.0 build 53) and now ALL of my AEP files throw that error when I open them directly. I can open After Effects to a new project and a new interface comes up asking aobut managing the crash. I chose to continue then when it opens I can then go to the file I want and open it in AE.

It's getting bothersome to have to do that everytime AE crashes which since this update seems to be about every 45 minutes.

    So after you disable all your plugins what do you do to restore everything back to normal. Those projects are loaded with Plugins?

    When exactly do you get this error? Is there anything specific that triggers this? What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?

    I'm working in CC23 but have to pass the project off in CC22. It locks up with the error message every time I take the CC22 save project and try and open it up.  This is the name of the project    23_NBAPlayoffs_Endpage_V08 copy 22.x.aep

    I have the same system and the same error for the last update of Adobe AE
