Error message that fonts are not available on my computer, even though they're installed??

I've been getting an error message pretty often on Premiere and After Effects lately that says 'fonts are not available on this computer', even though those fonts are installed and I make sure to double check in Creative Cloud. Has anyone else had this? The font is available when I select it in the text box, so I'm not sure what's going on. I've tried to log out of Creative Cloud, turn off the fonts and turn them back on, and nothing.

Can you use the font on Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe other products? If you can do it on Photoshop, you create a font plate on Photoshop and import it into After Effects. Does it work for you?
