Error starting up after effects

error message:

Last log message was: <192983> <DynamicLink> <5> Increase wait time to 2

 

I am running latest AE on a mac mini apple M1 2020. This only started recently. I can't even open up the program. MacOS Montery 12.4

Hi Peter,

 

Are there any third-party plug-ins installed? 

Go to HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plugins/7.0/MediaCore and move all the files and folders (except dummy.txt) to the desktop and try to launch After Effects.
