error when I try to camera track cc2020

I recently updated all the programs and now in after effects when I try and do a camera track I get an error "unable to obtain dynamiclink project".

This was working perfectly fine earlier this week before I updated.

Thanks for reaching out. We'd need more information in order to troubleshoot the issue properly.

Are you on macOS or Windows? Do you have a clip inside After Effects Composition from Premiere Pro? Also, is it happening with all projects or a particular one?
