Ever since last update I keep getting Could not read from the source. Please check if it has moved

I am on a solid state drive its on my c: drive and its working fine but I keep getting this error. I have had some success closing after effects and restarting it. But not today. Its extremely frustrating to go from years of it working great all the time to getting this error all the time.
