Everything has gone!

Can anyone advise please?

 

All of a sudden everything has disappeared. I can't see anything, only effects. Everything else has gone. I can't see my projects, toolbar or the menu at the bottom of the page. How do I get it all back?

You have maximized the Effects pannel. Reset the workspace or press the Tilda (~) key. Change workspaces. Make sure you have not opened the Render engine.
