Everytime I use 3D layer, and then try to rotate it the layer, it stretches weirdly.

Agree with Roland. You have a lens with a very short focal length creating a strong fisheye effect. Create a proper camera layer and use a longer lens.

Your 3D Layer has been placed very close to your camera and/or your camera settings are set to wildly. If there is no camera layer in the comp, then AE will use settings from your previous use. Create a new camera and apply one of the provided Camera Presets. This should provide for a more stable/stanadard camera setting/look. HTH
