Expand edged on 3D text creates a pole in my letters

If i try to expand edges on my Element 3D text a big pole comes out of it.

I already reinstalled Ae and Element, changing the font, the textures and so on. Reinstalling helped first but now its here again.
I use After Effects 2022, i used 2021 before. Same bug there.

Would be glad if someone knows how to fix it
