When I export with Media Encoder it will render and finish but I can't play the mp4 file and if I export with After Effects it will create a mov file that only has audio I've been searching for too long on how to fix this. I also have looked at all the files I imported into the project and all the effects I used and different versions of After Effects or Media Encoder don't help either.

Hola a fin de poder ayudarte necesitamos saber que parametros de exportación estas usando (que tamaño, que bitrate, etc)

Without exact info about your project, render settings and system we can't really tell you anything. You need to be more specific.

I know it doesn't have to do with render settings at all I went over all of them it has to do with the project but I went over all the settings effects and files so I'm just hoping someone else has had the same problem
