Export AE Time Markers on Ruler to CSV or HTML

You can export time ruler markers from Adobe After Effects to a csv format for import in Excell or export the markers to an html format for a time overview with thumbnails.

Short version: export the AE project to an Adobe premier pro project (file - export). Import the file in premiere, select the composition with the markers (shows up in the timeline) and export to either a CSV file or HTML.
