Export C4D

I'm trying to export a file from After Effect to Cinema 4d but the exporting never end, it's blocked at 97%. I tried to uninstall both C4D and After Effect. My license on C4D is ok, i can lauch the software on his own, just a problem on exporting from After effect. 
I have a Macbook pro m1 pro 16GB. 

Please someone help me !
