export error

Hey, recently i made this project but when i try to export it to media encoder it gives me these arrors. I try to uninstall and install the programs back again but that didn't work. What can i do to fix this so i can export again from After effects to media encoder.

What's the version of After Effects and Media Encoder you're using: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/faq-how-to-find-the-exact-version-of-after-effects-you-re-using/td-p/9972137

Are they up to date? If so, try disabling your firewall and antivirus and see if it helps.
