Export .jpeg image sequence as Odd or Even frames Only

Question

Hello AE community. Would really appreciate your help with this question.

I would like to render my project using two separate computers to save some time . The computers cannot talk to each other over the network (so no AE render farm is possible) but they can both output to the same networked hard drive location. Is there a way to set up AE to render the sequence to only the Odd or Even numbered frames ? That way I can split up the job in an efficiently between the two systems.

Or maybe I’m missing something ? Any other suggestions ?

It would be easier to set the first machine to render the first half of the comp and the second computer to render the last half. You would do that by customizing the Render Settings in the Output Module or in the Adobe Media Encoder. There is no even and odd frame number option.
