Export Motion Graphics Template not working

Hi

 

I am trying to save a Motion Graphic Template for use in Premiere Pro, but it's not working!

 

I have set up what I require in the Essential Graphic box,

hit the export button,

chosen a destination from the list (Download so I can find it), NOTE Browse is greyed out.

hit OK.

Got a message about the font not being Adobe,

and then...  nothing.

 

I go and look in the Downloads folder and there's nothing there.

 

What am I doing wrong 😞

Hey markw60549560,

I'm sorry to hear about this. Could you post a screenshot of the error message you see along with your current After Effects version (Help > About After Effects)? Have you tried installing or replacing the missing font? We're here to help.

Such vague descriptions are of no use to anyone. You haven't even mentioned the font in question much less provided actual info about the project, your system, the version of AE and all that good stuff. You need to be much more specific.
