Export will not preview or play - file size 12544x96

I need to export this video 20 seconds long. 
The files are all in place, but when I export there is a file but no way to play it. 

I need to turn feild rendering off. 
60fps. 
needs to be a .mov file. 

I have even just tried exporting it as a draft H.264... but still won't preview or play after export. 

Please has anyone got a solution.
