Exporting AE animation to Lottie

Hi,

I created a timeline animation in Photoshop which I then imported to AE hoping to then export it for Webflow using Bodymovin and Lottie. The Bodymovin export worked OK, but with Lottie I just get a black screen for the duration of the animation. Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks Mylenium, the more I've dug into it the more I realised I started off in the wrong place - was just trying to find a work around if it was possible. Consider this closed - I'm starting from scratch.

Without any specific info about the source files nobody can tell you much, but it seems you have a misunderstanding here. Why even bother to animate stuff in PS when the whole point of ther scripts is to translate AE native stuff like shape animations or layer transforms to SVG/ HTML canvas? Inevitably of course a pre-baked image sequence with no genuine property animation will not show up unless you force the rasterization options in the scripts and if and when it does, all you get is a bloated SVG file or whatever with huge chunks of embedded pixel data. That is to say your workflow doesn't seem to make a lot of sense. Either way, a better explanation and clarification is needed.
