Expression - moving one position after another

Could anyone help me with this expression or point me in a useful direction? 

I've got a simple animation but a ton of keyframes and i'm thinking i could simplify with an expression.

From the objects manually chosen position:

1. move x position (either direction) a random ammount (between -100 & 100).

2. ease in

3. ease out

4. move y position (either direction) a random ammount (between -100 & 100).

5. change oppacity from 100% to 0% during the y position move.
