Dear team my after effect 2025 update my extension option not highlight and not opening so please can you tell me how to fix this and please share the steps

Which Extensions did you install? Did you install them using the Creative Cloud desktop app? You might need to reach out to the extension manufacturer and check if there's an update available.

i just add geo layers 3 and my option not highlight plz see halp me step by step how to fix this
