Extensions not working in AE 2022 after update

Nothing happens now when I click on my Extensions (Windows>Extensions).  I opened Registry Editor - Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\CSXS.9 and entered PlayerDebugMode. Set the value to 1 as I have seen on other help threads. Restarted Computer and still nothing. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling AE. Uninstalling and reinstalling extensions.  Nothing helps. This occured after the update - before my extensions all worked. In particular I want to use squash and stretch pro today. Any ideas?
