Extensions panel not opening while hovering on it

Extensions panel not opening while hovering on it.
Any idea why it not working? (Latest AE, updated from Creative Cloud)

Which extension did you install? Could you try installing another from the Creative Cloud desktop app and see if it shows up in the Extensions menu?
