Facing No preview issue in after effects.

When I open my existing project, the composition does not show up. It shows no preview. Sometime timeline get's stuck when played, only audio play but timeline line stop at certain point. Also to close the app the only way is to do END TASK.

 

I'm facing this issue after windows update. Don't know what happend after updates. 

 

Can someone pleaes help ?

Without any info about your project, preview settings and your computer we really can't tell you much. If it happened after a recent Windows Update, the simplest thing to do would be to reinstall AE with sufficient user privileges. Some of those updates mess with network and security stuff and this may simply block access to a driver or DLL. for anything more we realyl need proper info about your configuration.

Thanks for replying.

I tried re-installing and played with GPU settings as well. It worked for sometime, but again after few min the same issue occured. I'm facing this issue with After Effects & Premier Pro.  I have attached the applied project settings screenshots below. Let me know if you need any other setting screenshot.

 

Below Are My System Configuration

OS : Windows 10 x64 bit

Processor : Inter Core i5, 180GHz

RAM : 32 GB

Graphic Adapter : Intel UHD Graphic 620
