Facing problem after export

I'm pretty sure you are not using a correct output for the file. If. you have selected an uncompressed output module maybe your hard drive does not have enough bandwith to playback in realtime.

What you need is to know what is the target for your exported file. If you are going to upload to video platforms (vimeo, youtube, etc) it is a better option to use the Composition > Add to Adobe Media Encoder Queue command. In AME is really easy to select a preset avoiding some technical aspects if you don't have enough knowledge of video formats. As simply as drag and drop a preset over your AE composition inside the Batch panel. Also, if you want to create a HQ file for archive, you can use any of the Quicktime ProRes or Cineform presets.

Do you mind sharing the exported video that repeats the issue? The After Effects project you shared looks fine but you haven't shared any media so all the links are missing.
